

Geoffrey Rotstein
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Rotstein is responsible for defining and implementing the Company’s overall corporate strategy, overseeing new business initiatives, and negotiating corporate acquisitions and business partner alliances. Mr. Rotstein also maintains close interaction with shareholders, investment advisors and analysts.
Prior to his position as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Rotstein spent 8 years as the Chief Financial Officer of Cyberplex and was responsible for developing and implementing financial controls, budgets and management policies as well as overseeing all of the financial and regulatory reporting requirements.
Before joining Cyberplex, Mr. Rotstein spent five years at Coopers and Lybrand, working in General Practice and Financial and Advisory Services. While at Coopers and Lybrand, he was involved with the auditing, accounting, reporting and various corporate finance requirements for his clients. Mr. Rotstein serves as a Director for a number of public companies, earned his CA designation in 1993 and holds an MBA from York University.
Isaac Osiel, Chief Financial Officer
Cyberplex Inc.
Mr. Osiel is responsible for financial strategy, financial reporting and planning, taxation, forecasting and internal controls and procedures for Cyberplex Inc. and its subsidiaries. Mr. Osiel is also instrumental in sourcing capital, identifying and evaluating strategic acquisitions, as well as developing growth strategies as Cyberplex Inc. enters new markets.
Prior to joining Cyberplex Inc., Mr. Osiel held executive and managerial positions in a number of service and technology companies including Bell Canada, Rogers Wireless, Nortel, and most recently as Corporate Controller of Redline Communications Inc., where he helped lead the company through the IPO process on the TSX and AIM markets, managed regulatory and public filings, led the finance team and dealt with various investor relations matters.
Sunil Abraham, VP Sales
CX Enterprise Services
Mr. Abraham is responsible for leading the sales team in achieving results for CX customers through the effective use of technology to address their unique business needs. Mr. Abraham is also responsible for driving the overall business and sales strategy for the Services group. Mr. Abraham focus is to grow revenue, deliver profitability for the company and provide best in class service to our customers.
Prior to the Cyberplex acquisition, Mr. Abraham was the co-founder and CEO of Eidenai Innovations and was instrumental in positioning Eidenai as a leading Microsoft Services Partner. Prior to being appointed the CEO of Eidenai Innovations he held various leadership roles in the Sales and Service Delivery areas. Prior to Eidenai Innovations Sunil worked at CIBC, Forefront and Insurance Software in management positions.
Rafael Alter, VP
CX Digital Media
Mr. Alter was the founder of Incentaclick Media Group Inc., and served as President until its sale to Cyberplex in 2006. Prior to Incentaclick, he founded an online eCommerce business that was later sold. He began his career working in various IT Specialist positions including serving as Director of IT for Affinium Pharmaceuticals from 2001 through 2003. Mr. Alter holds Professional Certifications from Oracle and CompTIA and is a graduate from the University of Toronto.
David Benoliel, VP Enterprise Service

As VP of Enterprise Services at Cyberplex, Mr. Benoliel is responsible for the overall execution of corporate strategy, while working to develop and execute marketing and alliance programs. Prior to joining Cyberplex, as Managing Partner at Eidenai Innovations, Mr. Benoliel was responsible for identifying, planning and executing on solution, product and marketing strategies geared at expanding corporate presence and extending the overall business value and service offering.
As a seasoned software business professional, from 1998 to 2002, Mr. Benoliel co-founded and was President of Continuum Inc. an interactive design firm that delivered corporate branding and technology solutions for leading companies such as Labatt Breweries and Sprint Canada, and Western Union. Prior to that, Mr. Benoliel co-founded Aztec Systems, a leading software vendor to the interior decorating and design industries specializing in business management software and sales aids where he oversaw operations that produced over $2.5 million (CAD) in software and provided services to over 1500 professionals in the industry.
Jeff Botnick, VP Business Development

Prior to joining CX Digital Media, Jeff was VP of Business Development at AzoogleAds from 2003-2007. During this time he assisted with the organizations overall strategy and managed and built the sales department and the related support teams while the company grew to over $150 million in revenue.
In addition to forging strong relationships with affiliate and leading advertisers, Jeff helped establish a program at AzoogleAds to create new and innovative on-line strategies. This resulted in the creation and growth of the mobile telecom vertical which contributed over $40 Million in revenue in its first year.
David Thorpe, VP Service Delivery
CX Enterprise Services
Mr. Thorpe is responsible for project delivery within the Enterprise Services division. In this role, Mr. Thorpe ensures that Cyberplex’s delivery teams maintain a continuously high level of quality in all their engagements.
Prior to moving into this role, Mr. Thorpe spent 5 years as the General Manager of Cyberplex’s production centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia; and two years as the Director of Application Development in Cyberplex’s Toronto production centre.
In both of these roles, Mr. Thorpe lead his teams through the application and refinement of Cyberplex’s project management and application delivery methodologies. Before joining Cyberplex, Mr. Thorpe spent three years as a Systems Engineer with Intellitech Innovations of Waterloo where he performed consulting engagements developing office automation applications. David holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
Meir Gluzberg, VP Business Development
CX Web Solutions
Mr. Gluzberg is responsible for the vision, leadership and growth of the CX Solutions Division. He has spent the past eight years offering technology strategies and solutions to small and midsized organizations throughout North America. By joining forces with Cyberplex, he is focused on taking the business to the next stage of growth.
Prior to the Cyberplex acquisition, Mr. Gluzberg was the founder and CEO of WebAffairs Inc. a Canadian leader in developing web solutions to the SME market. Meir holds a business and a Masters degree from York University. Mr. Gluzberg is also on the executive board of the Canada Israel Chamber of Commerce.
