Introduction – IT Administrator (2 Day Course)
Introductory IT Administrator is an intensive, SharePoint expert-led, two day course designed for administrator users in medium to large enterprises that need to deliver solutions that allows business users to connect and collaborate with colleagues, teams and departments using the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007(MOSS 2007) enterprise portal. 

Course topics covered include portal structure and design, collaborating using team sites, document and list management, workflows and customizing a SharePoint site.  Course candidates typically work in medium to large organizations, with multiple locations and departments, and want to learn how to employ SharePoint 2007’s features beyond basic site administration and content authoring.

This course has significant hands-on labs that demonstrate to each student, through annotated step-by-step instructional screenshots, the key features of SharePoint 2007 including document management, list management, collaboration through team sites and workflows.

Prerequisites:
Introduction to SharePoint 2007 or a similar course is recommended for this course.  This is not an introductory course and students are advised to have basic competency in using SharePoint.

Target Audience:
Intermediate SharePoint 2007 is designed for IT professionals, designers and end users within organizations currently using SharePoint.

This module explores the planning and design activities for implementing a Portal in your business.  Several techniques will be discussed on how to organize and design the Portal layout hierarchy or ‘wire-frame’ according to best practice recommendations.

Offering
The offering consists of a customized curriculum based on your specific needs.  A senior Cyberplex resource with MOSS 2007 practical experience will deliver the content to your team onsite, based on a schedule that meets your requirements.

Pricing
$6,500 including courseware for up to 4 people, and $50 extra for each additional person.  Delivery will be onsite at customer location.   Based on your needs, we will assess if further content customization is required, if so, we will charge on a time & material basis.
